Terms of Service
Last updated October 30, 2026
These are the terms for using TitleVault Pro. Plain English, and short enough to actually read. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. Who this is between
This agreement is between you (or the business you sign up on behalf of) and MacappDevelops LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, which operates TitleVault Pro at titlevaultpro.com. If you are signing up for a company, you are confirming you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
2. Your account
- You need to be 18 or over and give accurate details.
- Keep your password to yourself and turn on two-factor authentication. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got in.
- Accounts are per business. Sharing one login around to avoid paying for the seats you need is not on — each person who uses the product should have their own account.
3. Free trial
New accounts start on a free trial with no card required. When it ends you can subscribe, or not — we will not charge you automatically for something you never bought. Your data stays put while you decide.
4. Paying
- Subscriptions are month-to-month and renew automatically until you cancel.
- Payment is taken by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars unless we say otherwise.
- We may change pricing, but not without telling account owners in advance. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
- Taxes, where they apply, are on top.
5. Cancelling and refunds
Cancel any time from the Billing page. You keep full access to the end of the period you have paid for, and then the account moves to a paused state — your data is not deleted at that moment. We do not generally refund part-months, but if something went genuinely wrong on our side, write to us and we will sort it out fairly.
6. If your account lapses
If a trial ends without a subscription, or a payment fails, or an account is suspended, access to most of the product is paused until it is resolved. Two things always keep working: Billing, so you can fix it, and Support, so you can reach a human. Your data is retained — ask us and we will get you an export even while the account is paused.
7. Your data is yours
You keep every right to the records you put into TitleVault Pro. You grant us only the narrow permission we need to host, back up, display and process them so the service works for you. We do not sell your data, we do not use your business records to train anything, and we will not use them for our own purposes. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.
You are responsible for having the right to hold the information you put in, and for handling any personal information in it lawfully — including telling the people concerned what you do with it.
8. Using it sensibly
Don't use TitleVault Pro to break the law, to send spam or content you have no right to send, to store material that infringes someone else's rights, to attack or probe the service or anyone else's account, to get around plan limits or billing, or to resell the product as your own. We can suspend an account that is causing harm; where we reasonably can, we will warn you first and explain why.
9. E-signatures (TitleVault Sign)
TitleVault Pro lets you send documents to be signed electronically and sign them yourself. Before anyone at your agency sends the first envelope, an account owner or manager agrees to these points, and we keep a record of who agreed and when.
- You decide what is signed electronically. E-signatures are valid for most closing documents under the federal ESIGN Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, but not for everything. Some documents are excluded by law (for example wills, certain court and family-law papers, and some notices), and some lenders, underwriters and county recorders have their own rules. Anything that must be notarized still needs a notary. It is your responsibility to use e-signatures only where they are allowed and accepted.
- What the identity check does. A signer opens the document with a one-time code we email them, or signs on your device while you watch. The code shows that the signer controls that email inbox; it does not prove who they are. If a transaction needs more, check the signer's identity yourself.
- The people you send to. You choose the recipients and their email addresses, and you are responsible for having a lawful reason to send them documents. Each signer sees and agrees to an electronic-records disclosure before signing; you are responsible for honouring a request for a paper copy or a withdrawal of consent.
- The record. When everyone has signed, we draw each signature into the document, add a Certificate of Completion (who signed, when, how they were verified, their IP address and device, and every step), seal the file with a digital signature and save it to the file. The seal shows whether the document has changed since it was sealed; it is not an endorsement of what the document says. Keep your own copies as your record-keeping rules require — the signed copy and its history stay in TitleVault Pro for as long as the file does.
- Not legal advice. TitleVault Sign is a tool. We are not a party to your transactions and do not advise on whether a document is valid, enforceable or properly executed.
10. Availability
We work hard to keep TitleVault Pro up, and every change is backed up off-site within seconds. We do not promise uninterrupted service: things break, providers have outages, and occasionally we take the service down briefly to deploy. There is no formal uptime guarantee on these plans.
11. Support
Support is by email and through the in-app support desk, and it stays open even if your account is paused. We aim to answer quickly and in person. Write to [email protected] — or just reply to any email we send you.
12. Changes to the service
The product changes; that is the point of a subscription. We add and improve things continually. If we ever need to remove something you depend on, we will give account owners reasonable notice by email and at titlevaultpro.com.
13. The legal necessities
No warranties. TitleVault Pro is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that it will meet every requirement you have.
Limit of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, MacappDevelops LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits.
Not professional advice. TitleVault Pro is a tool for running your business. It is not legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice, and the figures and records it produces are yours to check.
Indemnity. You agree to cover us against claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms or of the law.
14. Ending it
You can stop using TitleVault Pro and close your account whenever you want. We can end this agreement if you materially breach these terms, or if we stop offering the service — in which case we will give you reasonable notice and a way to get your data out.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of New Jersey have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and both sides agree to try to sort it out directly first.
16. The rest
If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. Not enforcing something straight away doesn't mean we have given it up. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business. These terms, plus the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about TitleVault Pro.
17. Changes to these terms
We will post any update here with a new date at the top, and tell account owners by email when a change is significant. Continuing to use TitleVault Pro after that means you accept the updated terms.
