What’s new
A quick look at what you can do in TitleVault Pro.
v2.53.0September 11, 2026Latest
- •Set your agency's time zone. Settings → Company Details now has a Time zone picker. It used to be read from your browser at signup, with no way to change it afterwards.
- •It sets more than the clock. Your day rolls over at midnight in this zone — it dates FedEx labels, expires client closing trackers, and drives every "today" in the app.
v2.52.0September 10, 2026
- •See whether a client reply actually arrived. Each message you send from an order's Client Portal tab now shows delivered, clicked, or a red not delivered / marked spam badge with the mail server's own words.
- •A bouncing address is flagged on the Parties tab with the reason and date. The next reply to it is held back (it still posts to the tracker); correct the party's email and send again — the flag clears itself.
- •"Opened" on the tracker link now counts real visits by your client — not your team's previews or link scanners — with the first and latest time it was opened.
v2.51.11September 8, 2026
- •Choose your workspace at sign-in. If you use the same sign-in details for more than one agency, choose where you want to work.
- •Keep clients connected. Extend a closing tracker by another 60 days while keeping its remaining access time.
- •Smoother closing preparation. Settlement credits, reusable fee calculations and automatic workflow milestones help keep files moving.
- •Easier account recovery. Request another sign-in email from the code screen and see when an email change is awaiting confirmation.
v2.50.0September 7, 2026
- •Reply from the file. Send a client an email reply from the Client Portal tab, with a link back to the conversation.
- •Documents in view. Open uploaded PDFs inside the app and share them through your branded preview page.
- •More comfortable on mobile. Browse order tabs and the closing calendar on a smaller screen.
- •Backup codes you can save. Copy or download your codes during account setup.
v2.46.0September 5, 2026
- •Clearer sign-in recovery. Temporary password lockouts lift after 15 minutes, and unsuccessful code attempts offer a fresh start.
- •Manage your subscription from Billing. Review cancellation or resumption results before your account status changes.
v2.44.0September 3, 2026
- •Use your authenticator app. Add it in My Account → Two-factor authentication, with email and backup codes available when you need them.
v2.42.0September 2, 2026
- •Bring your contacts with you. Import a CSV, preview the results and skip existing contacts. Export your directory any time.
- •Build your directory as you work. Save an order party to Contacts in one click, with a duplicate hint when adding someone new.
- •Export the orders you need. Download the current Orders search and status filter as a CSV.
v2.40.1August 28, 2026
- •What's New entries are no longer cut off. Any update written over more than one line lost everything after its first line — several entries here stopped mid-sentence, and links came out as plain brackets. They now read in full, in this tab and on the public What's New page.
v2.40.0August 27, 2026
- •A free closing cost calculator, open to anyone, at titlevaultpro.com/tools/closing-cost-calculator. Pick a state and a price and it estimates the owner's and lender's title premiums, settlement and recording fees and the state transfer tax — split between buyer and seller the way that state customarily splits them. Every line is editable, so you can type over any figure with your own rate card and send the result to a client. No sign-in, nothing saved.
v2.38.0August 26, 2026
- •One plan for your agency. $99 per month per office, with every feature and unlimited users.
- •Manage offices in Billing. Add or remove a location and review your subscription there.
- •More room to work. Collapse the sidebar to an icon rail; your agency name remains easy to find.
- •A simpler My Account. Open just the email, password or two-factor settings you need.
v2.30.4August 10, 2026
- •The live demo now has a "← Back" button in the banner, so you can hop back to the website when you're done poking around.
- •A new look: The Vault — a second dark theme in charcoal and brass, in the house navy-&-gold tradition. Pick it from the paint-swatch menu, top right.
v2.30.1August 4, 2026
- •You can now just reply to our emails. Every message we send carries a real reply address and reaches a person on our team — no more "do not reply to this message."
- •Support stays open even if your trial or subscription lapses. Previously a paused account couldn't open a ticket; now the Support tab keeps working so you can always ask a question, and staff who hit the paused-account screen get a Contact support button.
- •New contact form at titlevaultpro.com and on the sign-in page, for when you can't get in at all. If your email matches an account, it becomes a support ticket automatically.
- •Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are now published, linked from the footer of titlevaultpro.com.
v2.29.16August 1, 2026
- •Recent activity on the dashboard is now ordered strictly newest-first by the time each thing happened.
v2.29.12July 27, 2026
- •Orders load instantly, however many files you have. The orders list used to get slower and slower as your file count grew — noticeably so past a few hundred orders, and badly past a thousand. It is now effectively instant no matter how many files are on your books, and it stays that way as you grow.
- •Reports and the aging list are much faster too, along with signing in and opening an order.
- •If an invite email never arrives, you can now send the link yourself. When you invite a team member, the one-time set-up link is always offered alongside the email — so a mistyped or bouncing address no longer leaves someone stuck waiting.
- •We now catch undeliverable email addresses before they cost you. When you invite a team member, we check that the address's domain can actually receive mail — so a typo like `.con` instead of `.com` is caught on the spot instead of leaving someone waiting for an invite that was never going to arrive.
v2.29.4July 17, 2026
- •Compliance checklists on each file. Track requirements, notes and outstanding items from the order’s Compliance tab.
- •A rule book you can customize. State and federal starter rules help you build checklists for the jurisdictions you serve. Confirm requirements with your underwriter.
- •Checklists follow the file. Changing the property state or transaction type refreshes the applicable checklist.
v2.23.4July 16, 2026
- •No more surprise sign-outs during updates — if the app happened to load right as we were shipping an update, it could send you to the sign-in screen even though you were still signed in. It now waits a moment for the connection to come back and keeps you where you were.
- •Already signed in? The site takes you straight in. Clicking "Portal Login" on our website while you were already signed in used to sign you out and make you log in again. Now it takes you straight to your dashboard.
v2.23.2July 15, 2026
- •Stay signed in longer — regular use now keeps you logged in for up to 14 days, so you're not signing back in all the time.
v2.23.1July 14, 2026
- •We email you when support replies — a reply now lands in your inbox as well as in the app, so you never have to check back to find out whether we answered.
- •Feature requests get an answer too — when a feature you asked for is resolved and shipped, we email you.
- •Removing a ticket now only clears it from your list — the conversation stays with our support team, so nothing is lost if you need us to look it up later. If we reply, the thread comes back so you can read it.
v2.22.2July 13, 2026
- •The welcome tour now lives on the Support → Help & Guides page — replay it any time from there (it used to be tucked away in My Account).
- •If your account is complimentary — on the house — the Billing page now says so plainly, instead of showing a subscription warning or an old payment status.
- •The Complimentary access banner can now be dismissed — click the ✕ and it stays closed. Your status is always on the Billing page, so there's no need for a bar on every screen. (If your complimentary period changes, the note reappears once.)
v2.22.0July 11, 2026
- •A welcome tour for new users — the first time someone signs in, TitleVault Pro now walks them through the app in about a minute: what each screen is for and where to start. Owners and staff each get their own version.
- •Replay it whenever you like — Replay tour lives in My Account, and a Don't show this again button retires it for good.
v2.21.0July 9, 2026
- •Refer & Earn 🎁 — share your referral code or link from the Billing page. Agencies that sign up with it get their first month free, and you earn a free month every time one of them subscribes. No limit.
- •The sign-up form now has an optional referral code field — referral links fill it in automatically.
v2.19.0July 4, 2026
- •Subscribing is now a smoother, in-app experience — a secure Stripe checkout opens right inside TitleVault instead of a separate card form.
v2.18.5July 3, 2026
- •Signing in from the website now always opens the sign-in screen — no more landing back in the live demo.
- •Added a Back to website link on the sign-in screen so you can return to the homepage after signing out.
v2.18.0July 2, 2026
- •Suspended accounts can now reach Billing. If your organization's account is paused, the owner can still sign in to review the plan, invoices, and next steps instead of being locked out entirely.
v2.16.1June 22, 2026
- •Make the workspace your own. Hide unused features in Settings and restore them whenever you need them.
- •More flexible document templates. Add images, repeating headers and footers, and page breaks with a paginated preview.
- •Manage documents in batches. Delete selected documents together and restore them from the 30-day Recycle Bin.
- •Plan any task. Set due dates on standard checklist items as well as your own tasks.
v2.14.0June 19, 2026
- •Cleaner sidebar. The left menu is now grouped into labeled sections so related pages sit together.
- •"Create Label" is the new name for the shipping button on an order (clearer than "Ship").
- •Bug fixes and layout polish.
- •Multiple office locations. Agencies with more than one office can now manage each address under Settings → Office Locations, mark a primary, and tag any order to the office that's handling it — the assigned office's address then prints on that file's invoice. Available by plan: Starter 1 office, Professional up to 3, Enterprise unlimited.
- •Clearer plan tiers. Reports & profitability and branded client share links are now part of the Professional plan and above (free trials include them so you can try everything).
- •Your Billing page now clearly shows what each plan includes — office-location limits, and which features are Professional and above.
- •Calendar subscriptions. Subscribe to your closings and task deadlines in Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar — a private feed for your own files and an agency-wide feed for owners/managers, both on the Integrations page. They refresh automatically.
- •QuickBooks Online. Connect your QuickBooks company and push a file's invoice and escrow ledger straight to QuickBooks from the order's Invoice tab.
- •Cleaner Integrations page, reorganized so it's easier to find what you need.
- •You can now generate an invoice from any saved Invoice template (it fills in the file's billed charges), and the Send to QuickBooks button now appears on the Invoice tab.
- •One place for invoices. The order Invoice tab now has a single Invoice template picker — the template you choose is what prints *and* what's saved to the Documents tab, both with the file's billed charges filled in.
- •The Starter Template Library now opens with everything unchecked, so you add only the templates you want.
- •Your agency now includes a ready-made Invoice template, so the Invoice tab's template picker works right away.
v2.7.0June 18, 2026
- •FedEx shipping terms & disclaimers. The Integrations page and the label-creation window now show the required FedEx disclaimer and trademark notice (FedEx is an independent carrier; shipments are governed by the FedEx Service Guide).
- •End User License Agreement at sign-up. When you set up your account you now review and accept the End User License Agreement & Terms (which include the FedEx shipping terms). You can read it any time at the EULA link on the setup screen.
- •Extra protection on FedEx setup. Adding or changing your FedEx account number now asks for a two-factor verification code (if you have 2FA turned on), so account connections can't be changed without it.
v2.6.0June 16, 2026
- •From order to closing. Commitments, workflow checklists, the closing calendar and Contacts bring your production work together.
- •Keep clients informed. Branded closing trackers support document uploads, messages and configurable notifications.
- •Prepare the numbers. Trust reconciliation, check printing, fee estimates and named settlement statements are available from your files.
- •Connect your tools. Use API keys and webhooks, create FedEx labels, and personalize documents with the template library.
v1.5.0June 15, 2026
- •Start online and invite your team. Welcome links let each teammate choose their own password.
- •Sign in with email and a code. Email verification, two-factor codes, backup codes and remembered computers support account access.
- •Manage your subscription. Cancel in Billing and retain access through the current paid period.
v1.1.0June 14, 2026
- •Stronger sign-in security. New password strength requirements, automatic lockout after repeated failed attempts, and email alerts when a blocked sign-in is attempted on your account.
- •Forgot your password? You can now reset your own password from the sign-in screen using the email on file for your account.
- •Clearer trial reminders. Friendlier heads-up emails before a free trial ends, so nothing is interrupted unexpectedly.
v1.0.0June 13, 2026
- •Welcome to TitleVault Pro. Orders and parties, task checklists, WYSIWYG document templates with merge fields and letterhead, document uploads and combined PDF export, CD-style settlement statements, escrow ledgers, dashboards and a full reports suite, secure document share links, and two-factor authentication.
Routine fixes and maintenance ship in between these releases — we only list the changes you’d actually notice.
